Can you help me with flights?
Absolutely! While we don’t book economy seats (because airlines sadly don’t offer much support there), we do handle premium economy, business, and first-class bookings.
There’s a $50 fee — but you’ll get access to a 24-hour support line if anything changes with your flights. Total game-changer if your plans hit a snag!
Why should I book through you vs. Amex?
While American Express bookings may offer some perks, their call center representatives often lack firsthand travel experience and destination expertise—and cannot provide the personalized guidance today’s travelers expect.
When you book with Carte & Compass, you receive the same—if not better benefits through our preferred partnerships, including VIP amenities, exclusive access, and tailored service. More importantly, you gain a dedicated travel advisor who connects directly with the hotel’s on-property team to ensure every detail is handled with care. We’re also happy to book your travel using your American Express card, so you continue to earn all your points—without sacrificing service or experience.
Can you book using miles or loyalty points?
Not quite — we can add your frequent flier or loyalty numbers to your reservation, but we can’t book using your points. (We wish we could!)
Can you book an Airbnb for me?
Right now, Airbnb doesn’t work with travel advisors, but don’t worry — we have access to a ton of gorgeous, professionally managed villas around the world. If you’re looking for that home-away-from-home vibe, we’ve got you.
Do you offer travel insurance?
Yes, and we highly recommend it!
Travel insurance can cover things like trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage — basically, it’s peace of mind in a messy world. We can guide you to options that fit your trip and needs so you’re covered just in case.
