This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Carte & Compass (“Agency”) and the undersigned member (“Member”) as of the date of acceptance below. By enrolling in the membership program, the Member agrees to the terms outlined herein.
1. Membership Overview
Carte & Compass is a boutique travel agency providing personalized travel planning, concierge services, and exclusive benefits to its Members based on their selected membership tier.
2. Membership Tiers and Benefits
Memberships are offered in three tiers. Each tier provides progressively enhanced services and benefits.
True North
Includes:
- One full bespoke itinerary annually
- Unlimited hotel bookings
- Priority communication
- VIP hotel amenities and upgrades
- Personalized restaurant and experience recommendations
- On-trip support during business hours
The Inner Compass
Includes everything in The True North, plus:
- Two full bespoke itineraries annually
- Restaurant reservations and experience management
- Flight research and booking assistance (business class and above)
- Trip planning led by Carte & Compass founders
- Enhanced partner access and insider opportunities
Carte Blanche
- Unlimited itinerary design throughout the year
- Dedicated travel concierge with direct line access
- 24/7 global support
- Private aviation, yacht, and villa coordination
- Annual in-person planning session
- Priority access to exclusive events, openings, and experiences
- Invitations to members-only hosted journeys
3. Membership Fees
- True North Tier: $1,575.00 annual membership fee
- The Inner Compass Tier: $2,850.00 annual membership fee
- Carte Blanche Tier: $9,950.00 annual membership fee
Membership fees are non-refundable and renew automatically each year unless canceled in writing 30 days before renewal.
4. Term and Renewal
The membership term is one year from the date of enrollment. Memberships automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless terminated by the Member or the Agency with written notice.
5. Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice to Carte & Compass at least 30 days before the renewal date. Membership benefits remain active until the term end date.
6. Limitation of Liability
Carte & Compass acts solely as an agent for its travel partners and suppliers. The Agency is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from the actions or omissions of third-party providers.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
