Carte & Compass was born from a shared vision between founders Gina Paoloni and Jill Bauman: to create a travel company that isn’t just about luxury but alignment. With decades of combined experience in luxury hospitality, global travel, and holistic wellness, Jill and Gina set out to design journeys that honor the full spectrum of what it means to live and travel well.

Our ethos is about balance in all things. We know what it’s like to want a green juice and a glass of wine, a morning hike and a slow afternoon in the spa. We believe in pausing to reconnect ,with yourself, your people, and the world around you.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all travel. Instead, we offer a highly personalized, boutique approach that draws on our deep industry connections, insider knowledge, and intuitive understanding of what makes a trip truly unforgettable.
